  Descrierea postului:
  • Should be able to and execute work orders for maintenance , repair and testing of HVAC equipment Usystems . This includes Chilled Water system and OX system, A/C Motor, AHUs and FCUs.
  • Ensures maintenance , repair and testing work done in compliance with applicable standards
  (e.g. technical manuals).
  • Ensures work done are documented and approved by the Superiors .This shall include proper filling-up of applicable forms and its timely submission to the Electrical I Mechanical Engineer
  • Assists in the development of PPM schedules and executes formal maintenance schedules of plans for preventive, condition based and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Assists in the maintenance of records and files of work in progress and work completed.
  Assists in the completion of time sheets, material costs, repairs and activity reports.
  • Assists in the inventory of spares and material. .
  • Performs all scheduled maintenance inspections,tests and audits as authorized by the Building Maintenance Supervisor including;
  - Annual Facility Condition Surveys
  - Technical Audits and Investigations
  - Air Quality Tests
  - Water Quality Tests
  - Maintenance Management Audits
  • Participates in toolbox meetings and ensures compliance to HSE policies and procedures .
  • Reports non-conformity and breakdown of HVAC equipmenUsystems to supervisor
  immediately .
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Supervisor/Maintenance Manager.
  • Comply with our Client Quality Assurance and Health, Safety and Environment
  management systems, including legal and statutory obligation .
  

  Cerinte:
  The HVAC technician should have minimum 2 years Diploma trade certificate from Industrial Training Institute from a recognized Institution and possessing a valid any GCC Driving Licence is an added advantage.
  Eight years experience in troubleshooting of all kinds of AC Units, preferably in oil and gas industry.
  Theory training in--- basic electricity, basic refrigeration and air -conditioning system like chiller system and HVAC controls.(BMS and DOC)
  Practical training on all aspects of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment's.
  Be able to demonstrate Technical skill in routine and breakdown jobs of any HVAC
  equipment.
  Be able to demonstrate a high level of practical skills and responsibilities .
  At least four (4) years relevant working experience preferably in a high rise office, residential or commercial tower
  Report writing capability.
  Acceptable oral and written English
