  Purpose:
  
  Efficiently and creatively, manages the delivery of Consulting engagements and Support activities on HP Software & Solutions.
  
  Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  
  • Responsible and Accountable for projects lifecycle delivery covering planning, requirements & scope management, milestone achievements, risk management and projects’ handoff.
  • Manages time and skills allocation of a team of 10+ technical consultants.
  • Takes initiative in leading projects’ review meetings, ensures scope is met within planned timelines, mitigates projects’ risks and provides solutions to on the fly issues.
  • Effectively ensures project resource utilization is maximized, solves technical, cultural and political onsite challenges.
  • Ensures project value and ROI is met and recognized by customers.
  • Responsible for Support Services Incident and Problem Management, understands scope of problem and ensures customer receives quick response and resolution.
  • Supports Presales and Sales teams through POC delivery, RFP response, Solutions Sizing and Scope Management.
  • Capable of building long term trust relationships among team members, customers and vendors.
  • Takes initiative of R&D activities on new technologies / new products release, ensures team members are regularly updated and up to speed on new solutions delivery.
  

  Cerinte:
  Education Requirements:
  
  Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or related area of study.
  
  Experience/knowledge of the following Products/Technologies:
  
  • HP APM/BSM, EUM, SAM, Diag and SLM.
  • HP OMU/W/L
  • HP SM/ uCMDB
  • HP ANM
